EXPERTISE AND SKILLS
Experienced litigator. Her practice ranges from contentious national and international transport law cases to shipping law disputes (collisions, cargo damage, mining law disputes) to out-of-court and in-court management of national and international railway law disputes.
She provides solution-oriented and practical advice on the drafting of general terms and conditions and, in addition to a number of transport insurers, represents international logistics groups and their transport liability insurers in all transport law issues relating to road, sea, air and rail transport.
